💎 Custom & Personalized Orders

I am happy to take any custom requests for specific stones, beads, designs and quantities. I have swapped out charms, spacers, and beads by request. I have also made special matching jewelry and bulk orders for special events, like bridal parties.

Of course, any custom request will depend on supply availability and specific deadlines. Send me a message on Etsy with details about your customization ideas and we can discuss possibilities.

📏 Sizing & Measuring Your Wrist

The easiest way to measure your wrist is with a simple soft tape measure, like those used for sewing. Wrap it gently around the wrist to your desired fit. Some people like their bracelets snug, others like them loose. It’s your choice how you would like it to fit. Just be sure not to make it too tight. You probably want feeling in that hand.

Another way to measure your wrist is with a piece of paper or string, a pen and a ruler. Simply wrap it around your wrist and mark a line where it ends. Then measure it with your ruler. Start from the end and measure up to your pen mark.

🧼 Care Instructions

Do not stretch bracelets over wrist - instead gently roll on and off for longer lasting elasticity.

Remember the five S's - DO NOT Sleep, Sweat, Shower, Spray (Perfumes/Lotions) or Swim with jewelry on. Moisture can cause damage over time. Salt water is a great way to say goodbye. Exception: essential oil diffuser jewelry is made for essential oils only.

Use essential oils sparingly - only add 1-2 drops per bead and wait a few hours between adding more. Most oil scents last for a few days (oil type varies slightly).

Most of my handmade pieces can be cleaned gently with lukewarm water, a drop of dish soap and a soft cloth. NO CHEMICALS! Natural gems and stone properties vary, so I would research the specific stone type for detailed care.

🎁 Gift Wrapping & Packaging

Every jewelry order comes packaged in a sealed plastic bag inside a padded jewelry gift box. Wear and care tip information card is included with every jewelry purchase, as well as a gemstone meaning/info card for each gemstone in your piece. They are placed inside a lovely white organza pouch, tied with a bow - ready for giving!

Smaller orders are shipped in a white bubble envelope. Larger, bulkier items are shipped in a small box.

Mark is as a gift and you're Etsy packaging slip will come with your personalized message on it. If you would like to add an additional or longer message, feel free to reach out to me with your message. I am delighted to add an additional note to make the gift extra special.

💧 Essential Oils

My essential oils are all 100% pure premium and therapeutic grade oils, sourced from well-established distilleries for best quality and potency.

Use essential oils sparingly - only add 1-2 drops per bead and wait a few hours between adding more. Most oil scents last for a few days (oil type varies slightly). DO NOT soak jewelry in oil - too much exposure can damage elastic and metals over time.

💔 Returns & Exhanges

I will accept most reasonable requests for returns or exchanges as long as the items are in decent, unused shape.

Essential oil diffuser jewelry MUST be unused (no oil on beads).
Essential oils (individual 2ml, 2ml bundle sets and rollers) MUST have at least 2/3 oil in bottles.

I do my very best to make sure my products are secure and made with strength. Unfortunately, I am not perfect and nor are the materials I work with. I sure hope not, but in case a mistake happens in the making process, a supply flaw causes a mishap or the shipping carrier had a bad day, don't worry. I got you.
